At New River Health Association we endeavor to continuously improve the quality of care we
deliver to our community. Each physician on our medical team is either board-eligible or
board-certified in his or her specialty area. Licensed advanced practice nurses, such as family
nurse practitioners and nurse midwives, and physician assistants have passed national certifying
examinations in their areas of specialty.
Our facilities periodically undergo careful audits and reviews to ensure that we are providing
you with adequate and effective health care in the most cost-effective manner possible. If you
have questions or concerns about the care you receive from New River Health Association centers
or programs, we want to know. We are also interested in any suggestions you may have for
